Our business litigation experience was born out of the era of FDIC/RTC workout cases, and we represented both entities in the early 1990s. We also represented Citizens Bank in significant work out cases and the asset manager for Goldman Sachs in connection with maximizing recovery on a portfolio of under-performing loans acquired from lending institutions.
