We have significant trial experience in both prosecuting and defending tort and personal injury actions.

We have significant trial experience in both prosecuting and defending tort and personal injury actions.

Examples of notable successes include jury verdicts in favor of our clients in both state and federal court on claims of:

  • invasion of privacy relating to a hidden camera in the workplace;

  • slander and intentional interference with contract claims;

  • and, in 2004, as plaintiff’s counsel in the case resulting in the largest jury verdict that year in a personal injury action.

We have also successfully defended against claims of conversion and fraud relating to an alleged money laundering scheme involving a business run out of Macedonia. In addition, both partners have litigated claims in multiple jurisdictions under state consumer protection statutes, which prohibit unfair and deceptive acts and practices.
